Soft power emerging new challenges in world politics

Nye introduced the concept of soft power in his book Soft Power 1990. The literature on has grown significantly over past decade. A particularly insightful treatment, both supportive and critical, limited historical application is far from rigorously enforced (primarily to analysis contemporary foreign policy). In essence, treatment does little beyond what its critics call
